Yesterday the kids and I took a train into town.
For the sake of the train ride (which we never get to do).
And to see Mr Giacobello at his beautiful shop.
We trekked around some laneways and looked at the heritage-listed graffitti, which fascinated us all.
And this little fellow asked why so many people were smiling at us. And you know he was right – it was kind of special.
They ran up waves. And lay on the floor and looked at a stained-glass ceiling at our beautiful NGAV.
We ate a bag full of lollies and caught the wrong tram home, meaning a busy street crossing via a very high footbridge was in order (oooh), and arrived home tired and happy and all adventured out….
Melbourne is awesome. 😉
